Meet Erika

 Naturopath (ND.A), Certified Health Coach & Women's Hormone Health Expert

Hi, I am Erika Verreault, naturopath and women's hormone health nerd. My mission is to help women of all ages to love their bodies and to feel like their bodies love them back. â€‹After completing my bachelor's of science degree at McGill University, I discovered the world of naturopathy and immediately fell in love. This gentle, yet scientific based approach had the power to support health in a way I had not previously encountered. I decided to pursue my education in this field at EESNQ, where I obtained my health coach degree and where I will receive my naturopathic practitioner degree (2024), as well as my doctorate in naturopathic sciences (predicted 2029). During this time, I was able to personally experience the benefits naturopathy can have on women's health. I look forward to being able to share this wealth of information with you and to helping you feel in harmony with your body once again!

- BSc. in Microbiology & Immunology at McGill University (2020)

- Health coach certification at École d'Enseignment Supérieur de Naturopathie du Québec (EESNQ) (2022)

- Women's Hormone Health Certification at the Institute for Menstrual Health (2023)

- Naturopathic practitioner degree (ND.A) at École d'Enseignment Supérieur de Naturopathie du Québec, including over 2000 hours of training (2024) 

- Doctorate Degree in Naturopathic Science (ND) at École d'Enseignment Supérieur de Naturopathie du Québec, including over 4500 hours of training (currently in process)

What is Naturopathy?

 Naturopathy is an integrative practice where the practitioner identifies root causes of discomforts and uses natural and lifestyle approaches to promote optimal wellbeing. Furthermore, naturopathy views each person as a unique individual whilst taking into consideration the person as a whole. This means that naturopathic clients will benefit from personalized plans that take into account the many different aspects that influence a person's wellbeing.

Naturopathic suggestions combine the wisdom of nature with scientific evidence. These suggestions can include:

  • Diet

  • Exercise & Movement

  • Hydration

  • Sleep

  • Stress Management

  • Environmental changes

  • Herbs & Nutritional Supplements
